  • We enforce community rules, as well as provide many homeowner services The Patrol’s presence is intended to discourage crime.
  • We can provide access control to gated communities, open access communities and home owners associations
  • We can also provide vehicle patrol and response services to all of your community needs. Bicycle patrols are also available.
  • We have the power and authority to enforce CC&Rs, By-Laws, Articles, Rules, and ALC Guidelines.  Community Services Patrol officers do not have the power or authority of police officers. Police and other law-enforcement agencies handle criminal-law violations 
  • We also have the ability to patrol commercial business parks and similar properties.

ASSET PROTECTION
We provide protection for high net worth items in a stationary location or we transport your items to the location of your choice. We provide pick up or escort of consignment pieces for models, celebrities, photo shoots and we stay with the item until they are done and we return back to you. Our Agents keep a low profile, especially if transporting jewelry we dress accordingly to blend in with the public and not draw any attention. We understand that knowing the surroundings and conducting counter surveillance is paramount for a safe transfer of goods.
